It is a sensory journey, created in collaboration with the Centro Studi Assaggiatori, to discover the visual, olfactory, tactile and gustatory aspects of wine, using innovative tools and engaging techniques.
You will have the unique opportunity to get to know the secrets hidden inside a good glass of wine, thus discovering that what you are doing is not a simple tasting but an 'experiential' journey that will not disappoint you.
The ancient aromas of the historical cellar, the particularities of each ageing process, between steel, cement and different types of wood. An exciting journey that will surprise all your senses!
