Where to sleep in Marano

STAYING IN THE PICTURESQUE VALLEY OF MARANO

Marano is perhaps the most evocative and authentic valley in the entire Valpolicella area. Terraces characterise the entire area, making the landscape unique. Orchards and vineyards dominate, but Marano also includes wooded areas, and it was here that the Tibetan bridge connecting Valpolicella with Lessinia was built.

If you decide to visit and discover this wonderful valley, these are the accommodations where you can stay:

  • LE BIGNELE. In addition to being a winery, the 'Le Bignele' farm also offers accommodation in its own premises. The Aldrighetti family provides its guests with bright and comfortable rooms, equipped with all comforts, as well as a fantastic buffet breakfast with typical local products.

  • MAREGNAGO RELAIS. The facility is located within an ancient 'Margnago' district dating back to the 18th century. A stay and discovery experience for hikers and bikers awaits you. The relais has a garage for motorbikes and bicycles, where you can find sockets for recharging e-bikes and is equipped for minor maintenance work.

  •

OSTERIA DA BEPI. Located above the Osteria was the Locanda, now restored and embellished with bright rooms with modern amenities and made cozy by simple furnishings that hark back to the early 1900s. They have five rooms available, identified with the names of the main Valpolicella wines. Breakfast is international, but using mainly local products, homemade cakes, homemade jams, cheese and cured meats.
