During the tasting, you will have the opportunity to explore the various aromas and flavours that characterise these extraordinary wines.
Afterwards, a gastronomic experience will take you to a traditional winery where you will discover the artisanal production of cured meats and cheeses. You will taste local specialities such as Ubriaco cheese, aged in Amarone wine, accompanied by homemade mustards and jams.
Your stay concludes with a typical dinner in a local restaurant, where you can sample traditional Veronese dishes.
