A FAMILY HISTORY
In the heart of Valpolicella, ancient land of the Arusnati, the Zantedeschi family runs the "Valpolicella" restaurant.
The cordiality and sympathy of Mr. Luciano, who started here with a small restaurant in June 1968, still hover today in the bright, carefully enlarged and restructured rooms, in the warm hospitality of Mrs. Gina and her six children with their families, in the inviting scents that they come from the kitchen, where the crackling fire of the old "fogolar" superbly snubs the modern and functional furniture.
The flavors of the local gastronomic tradition, the serene and familiar atmosphere are combined with the accuracy of the service, the kindness of the staff and the innovative imagination of unusual combinations of culinary specialties.
It has three large panoramic communicating and tastefully furnished rooms (Amarone room with max 160 seats, Ripasso room with max 50 seats, Recioto room with max 100 seats) and a terrace - balcony overlooking the valley, also for the summer aperitif buffet.
The kitchen offers typical dishes of the local tradition, all strictly homemade, some even reinterpreted in the light of the new trends in Italian cuisine. For menus, we also have different solutions for set-ups and entertainment, they can be viewed together and customized.
When art is combined with passion and tradition it realizes the "nourishment" of the soul.
At the "Valpolicella" restaurant, this perfect combination also tasty nourishes...the body!
