La Botega di Carilius was born out of Raffaella's desire to build a place that would express the essence of her label, Carilius Wine, combined with the magnificence of the Valpolicella territory, a small corner set in stone.
La Botega di Carilius was born out of Raffaella's desire to build a place that would express the essence of her label, Carilius Wine, combined with the magnificence of the Valpolicella territory, a small corner set in stone.
Every single wall of the Botega is the result of work done with passion, the stone protruding from the walls has been freed, by hand, to give life to a characteristic environment: a material expression of the values of simplicity and hospitality.
Inside, it will be possible to do tasting activities, as well as simple aperitifs, a community place in which to meet and experience the beauty of the area.
