Merci Beaucoup was born from a love of the Italian way of life and from Pascal and Karine's desire to bring the authentic tradition of French baking to the heart of Valpolicella, creating a place where a passion for bread and good food brings France and Italy together.

Every day our ovens fill the air with the scent of freshly baked bread and the specialities of the French boulangerie and pâtisserie: croissants, pain au chocolat, delicate pastries and artisan bread, all prepared following traditional techniques with the greatest attention to detail.

Merci Beaucoup is also a welcoming bistrot, open every day from 6:00 to 20:00, including Sundays, where you can treat yourself to our specialities whenever you like. From breakfast to lunch, from aperitivo to sunset, every moment is the right moment to stop.
