Siridia represents a young and dynamic company that embraces a contemporary approach to wine production, located in the heart of Valpolicella. Founded with passion in 2019 after years of winemaking experience, Siridia stands out for its commitment to continuous research and innovation. We celebrate the uniqueness of our territory through wines that skillfully combine tradition and modernity, offering a unique taste and sensory experience.

History

Siridia is the result of a young and ambitious project in the heart of Valpolicella (Verona), born from Edoardo Speri's desire to express his vision in the wine world. After several years of experience as a winemaker at a major local company, in 2019 Edoardo decided to embark on a new path, taking over the management of the family vineyards. Since then, Siridia has made great strides forward, and its approach has continually evolved. Despite the challenges posed by the pandemic, the first Valpolicella was proudly launched in 2020, and the product range has continued to grow ever since. As the first generation of the family to professionally dedicate themselves to wine production, a new name was chosen, free from historical ties. Siridia is a fantasy word that embodies freshness and innovation, representing a company with a clear vision.

Mission

Our mission is simple: to introduce as many people as possible to the world of wine by offering our contemporary products and communicating everything about them in a fun and understandable way.

The Wines: We produce a complete range of red and white wines that spans traditional Valpolicella denominations to "Experimental" wines and "Limited Edition" products. Among our flagship wines:

●       Valpolicella Classico Superiore DOC made with the Rigoverno method.

●       Amarone Classico della Valpolicella DOCG: a complex wine with structure but without weight, encapsulating the essence of Valpolicella and its native grapes.

●       Corvina IGT aged under the sea: we are the first winery to experiment this aging for a Corvina wine, capable of expressing the uniqueness of the underwater extraordinary conditions. This wine is produced as a limited edition for a small number of bottles.

●       Astris Spumante Metodo Classico: a sparkling wine made with a unique blend of Pinot Noir and Corvina grapes.
