Benedetti Corte Antica

The history of Cantine Benedetti began in the mid-1960s when Luigi Benedetti, father of the three
brothers, the current owners, bought about 11 hectares of land in the heart of Valpolicella Classica
(Gargagnago di S. Ambrogio - Verona).

In 1995 the three brothers, all with experience in the various stages of production, decided to take over the of the company.

A further 11 hectares were purchased in 2002 in the north-east of Valpolicella (Marcellise - Verona), transforming the company into a family-run business.

Since then the company motto has been ‘from the land to the bottle, one hand’. The Cantine Benedetti can in fact boast that they only use grapes from their own production, thus being able to follow the birth of their wines right from the vine cultivation of the vine; this painstaking attention at every step, combined with the deep love and passion for our land, leads to the marvellous product that is Valpolicella in all its types.
Choices that often do not follow the logic of the market but want to be like the artist's signature on
his own work.
