EXCELLENCE AT ALTITUDE IN THE HEART OF VALPOLICELLA
Nestled in the heart of the Valpolicella DOC region, Tenute Ca' Botta is located on the picturesque hills 500 metres above sea level, one of the highest altitudes in the appellation.
Here, among well-drained limestone soils and an ideal microclimate, wines are produced that tell the story and identity of a unique territory. The temperature variations, sunny exposure and cool winds from the nearby Prealps create perfect conditions for slow and rich ripening of the grapes.
The estate covers 20 hectares in the heart of Valpolicella and 5 hectares in the Brescia area,dedicated to the production of an elegant Riesling.
Our vineyards are cultivated exclusively with native grapes - Corvina, Corvinone and Rondinella - in accordance with tradition, for the creation of the great classics of the area: Valpolicella, Ripasso and Amarone.
The harvest is strictly manual and followed by the ancient practice of drying the grapes in the fruit cellar, which allows the aromas, structure and complexity to be concentrated, offering wines of great character and longevity.
Each bottle is a faithful expression of the terroir and the historic quality that makes this area famous throughout the world.
Guided tours are available in Italian, English, German and Russian, allowing guests to discover the vineyards, the cellar and the fascinating production process, with the opportunity to taste and purchase our wines directly.
