CREATING WINES THAT ARE AN AUTHENTIC EXPRESSION OF THE TERRITORY

The DolceVera farm was founded in 2013, when I began cultivating 5 hectares of vineyards in the Valpolicella Classica area, specifically in Villa a Negrar di Valpolicella. Driven by the passion passed on to me by my father, I decided to leave my office job to return to the land, building my own winery and starting production in 2015.

Our philosophy is based on creating wines that are an authentic expression of the territory. We currently produce around 20,000 bottles, including Valpolicella Classico, Ripasso, Superiore, Amarone and Recioto


The name DolceVera sums up my story and the encounters that made this project possible. It is a dedication to my father and to a figure who is fundamental to my family, testifying to the deep bond that unites us.
