La Collina Dei Ciliegi

IN VALPANTENA SINCE 1925

The Collina dei Ciliegi has its roots in Valpantena since 1925, the year of birth of Armando Gianolli. A village of Cimbrian origin nestled on rolling hills, surrounded by 53 hectares of vineyards, cherries, meadows and beautiful woods. Thanks to the special commitment of his son Massimo, the farm is transformed into wine with the production of the first Amarone 2005.

The estate covers over 60 hectares of vineyards, cherry orchards, woods and meadows, with around 38 hectares planted with vines, favouring sustainable and natural methods to fully express the unique terroir of Valpantena.

In addition to Valpolicella wines, a key element of the company's philosophy is the Supervalpantena project (launched in 2017 in collaboration with agronomists Lydia and Claude Bourguignon), which aims to enhance the local soils and produce wines that faithfully reflect the geological, climatic and aromatic characteristics of the different plots.

Production is characterised by parcel-by-parcel harvesting, the use of indigenous yeasts and fermentation in cement and steel; ageing takes place in wood, ceramic and amphorae. A minimalist approach in the cellar guides every stage, with the aim of preserving the authenticity and nature of the wine.

La Collina dei Ciliegi is wine, resort, restaurant and... experiences!
