IN THE HEART OF VALPOLICELLA CLASSICA.

The agricultural farm Zanotti Diego, located in the heart of the Classic Valpolicella region, produces vintage wines typical of the area: the Amarone, the Recioto and the Valpolicella. Diego and his wife follow all the phases of the production process directly, with the help of an expert oenologist.

 

For as many as four generations the Zanotti family have handed down this passion and love for reaping from the earth the taste of its best fruit, transforming it in a warm wine with an unmistakable taste.

The Zanotti farm possesses approximately four hectares of vineyards located in two areas of the Classic Valpolicella region. In the plot called "Le Pontare," located in Torbe di Negrar, the vineyards are cultivated according to the Veronese-style bower method. They are exposed to the East and therefore they are warmed by the rays of sunshine from the early hours of the morning. It is from these vineyards that the grapes for the production of the Recioto and the Amarone wines are obtained. The other vineyard is located in San Pietro Incariano, in the area of Casarossa. Almost all our vines are more than thirty years old. The grape harvest is carried out exclusively by hand.

The Zanotti winery has been making wine from the grapes of the classic Valpolicella region for four generations. All phases are carried out in the winery: withering, vinification and refinement are supervised directly by Diego, with the help of an expert oenologist. Experience and great passion, combined with modern technology, give life to vintage wines such as the Amarone, the Valpolicella and the Recioto.
