Just a stone's throw from the Adige River and immersed in the countryside, the project comes to life seeking to delicately place itself on the land and be part of it.

The materials with which it was renovated belong to the history of the place. Every single detail was studied to offer the best comfort and the utmost respect for nature: oiled natural oak, Lessinia stone and natural iron were used in all the rooms and exteriors and adapted to the required functions. A few gestures and a lot of passion.

Respect for the surrounding environment, the main design theme, is also found in the idea of creating a bio-lake. A bathing ornamental basin made of fresh water that is purified through phyto-purification.

Immerse yourself in nature and breathe in the same nature that surrounds you. Taking care of oneself, one's body and one's soul.

The protagonist of the experience is the outdoor part of the aedificatus, an immersive journey into the nature of the area. Swinging on the river, eating the local tradition in the shade of a portico with a view as far as the eye can see of the Valpolicella hills, enjoying the sunset over a stretch of water invaded by water lilies and aquatic plants...

At guests' disposal is a large passing lounge where they can relax sitting in the arms of a UP Chair and read a good book while watching the light filter through the windows...

A fully-equipped kitchen where you can feel at home and enjoy local products expertly chosen for you. The spaces that accompany you in the rooms have been designed to accommodate works of art and extemporary exhibitions that are always in progress.
