EVENINGS IN THE WINERIES OF THE VALPOLICELLA WINE ROUTE
There is no better way to welcome the summer than by allowing yourself to be won over by the warmth and charm of Valpolicella. These evenings are the ideal time to leave the daily hustle and bustle behind and treat yourself to an authentic experience, amidst enchanting landscapes, age-old traditions and extraordinary wines... and perhaps enjoy a little of the coolness of our hills.
These wineries are open even after 6:00 PM, allowing you to enjoy the cool summer breeze. Reservations are required.
- CASTRUM WINE RELAIS, Castelrotto, a hamlet of San Pietro in Cariano

Tastings of fresh still wines (2 whites and 1 fresh red) or three sparkling wines / on the new panoramic Belvedere terrace in Castrum -

There are three types of tastings - with two or four Valpolicella wines.
The restaurant is the 2025 winner of the Wine Tourism & Food Tasting category in the Great Wine Capitals of the World competition.

Offers tastings after 6:00 PM every day except Sunday
- CORTE ARCHI, Marano
offers tastings every Thursday from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM by reservation.
Throughout the summer, the winery will host an exhibition of paintings by Federica Zanetti.
- MASI- MONTELEONE 21, Sant'Ambrogio di Valpolicella
Offers tastings until 7:00 PM on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Sundays
Every Thursday, Friday, and Saturday until 10:00 PM
- CANTINA ZANOTTI, Negrar
Offers tastings after 6:00 pm (reservations required) at Villa Allegri in Negrar.
- FRATELLI VOGADORI, Negrar
Tastings after 6pm upon reservation.
- VAL DI VENERE, Verona
From June onwards, tastings are available every day except Mondays at the Ristoro di Venere from 6:00 pm.
- SANTI, iLLASI
Offers evening tastings every evening by reservation.
- TERRE DI PIETRA, San Martino in Badia.
Offers tastings every evening immersed in the nature of their garden, for a relaxing evening.
